Standard Listing:

Content of a standard listing includes:  
       - Official name of nonprofit, commercial, or professional enterprise.
       - One postal address and/or location.
       - Municipality (i.e., village, town, or city).
       - State or province.
       - Postal or ZIP code.
       - Country.
       - One local telephone number.
       - One toll-free telephone number.
       - One facsimile (fax) number.
       - One URL (web address).
       - One email or webmail address.

Fees (in U.S. dollars):

Any nonprofit enterprise:
Each Civic Directory:
- Under one category: $4.95 per year.
- Under two categories: $4.49 per category per year.
- Under three or more categories: $3.99 per category per year.
The Nonprofits' Global Directory:
- Under one category: $24.95 per year.
- Under two categories: $22.49 per category per year.
- Under three or more categories: $19.95 per category per year.

Any business, professional practice or firm, or other for-profit enterprise:
Each Civic Directory:
- Under one category: $9.95 per year.
- Under two categories: $8.95 per category per year.
- Under three or more categories: $7.95 per category per year.
The Business & Professional Global Directory:
- Under one category: $49.95 per year.
- Under two categories: $44.95 per category per year.
- Under three or more categories: $39.95 per category per year.

Additional Fees: Nonprofit & For-Profit Entities:
- $0.99 per additional item per year (text only) per Civic Directory, Business & Professional.
- $0.49 per additional item per year (text only) per Civic Directory, Nonprofit.
- $4.99 per additional item per year (text only) in the Business & Professional Global Directory.
- $2.49 per additional item per year (text only) in the Nonprofits' Global Directory.
Such items include additional names (e.g., a contact person), addresses, phone numbers, and/or hyperlinks to websites or email addresses. Sorry -- no mottoes; for greatest effectiveness, these and similar one-liners belong in a Billboard (below). No charge for Billboard links from a standard listing.

All fees are nonrefundable. Here! reserves the right to reject any proposed listing.

Fees and requirements for Billboards apply to all enterprises -- profit and nonprofit.

To have a Billboard, you must have at least one standard listing from which to link it. (Ever notice in The Yellow Pages how a standard listing will often say, "See our display ad on the next page"? Same principle Here!) You may have any number of Billboards and link them to any number of standard listings under various categories as you see fit. If you have one Billboard and, for example, three standard listings under different categories, we'll link the Billboard to each standard listing.

Billboard Size:

- Viewing: one full screen page based on a resolution/screen area of 1024 x 768 pixels. Billboards are "liquid," which means that they flow to fit the size of a screen at any resolution/screen area.

- Maximum Space: forty (40) kilobytes -- total, including any graphics and/or sound files.

Three or More Billboards:

Composition & Provision of Billboard (one-time fee per Billboard): US$24.95

Payment: 

With the order. By MasterCard, VISA, or PayPal (which provides you with a free and secure online account, and includes a greater variety of credit cards and online checking for your convenience). Make online checks (at PayPal) payable to IME. Payments (or notifications of them) via PayPal must arrive here within 12 hours of the order. They must include the name of the enterprise (as in the order) and the email address of the enterprise (as in the order). See our safe and secure online order forms to order directly from this website. We no longer use the traditional post (i.e., "snail mail"). Primarily for accuracy's sake (although efficiency and security are also important considerations), we do not take telephone orders or otherwise transact business over the phone. Everything must be in writing online. If we need to clarify or confirm something quickly, however, we'll call you. Please include your phone number. Also be sure to include the name of a contact person, even if that name will not be in the online listing. All payments are nonrefundable. See why. Confidentiality, Privacy, Security:

Your name and other sales information and correspondence will never be sold, rented, or otherwise given (or shown) to anyone else -- for their mailing or telemarketing lists, for example. Any information you share with us stays securely with us and with us alone -- period. And we won't pester you, either. We keep records only for your protection, our protection, if a problem should arise, and general reference should you contact us.

All financial transactions via Here! ordering forms and PayPal are secure. If in doubt, check your web browser (which is on your computer and independent of any website) for an icon of a closed padlock, or check its address/location bar to see if the web address (i.e., the URL) begins with https:// rather than the usual http://. The s indicates that you're running through a secure server and that all of your information is encrypted.

Display:

After receiving your order, we'll publish your standard listing(s) and compose and publish your Billboard(s) as soon as the laws of nature allow. Your payment will go into effect and be dated from the day that your listing(s) and Billboard(s) go online, not from the day we receive your order (unless they're the same day, of course).
